If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost depending on the situation. 

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to reflect.
